Hi, My name is Ty and I am a Photographer and Graphic Designer. About a month ago I designed and printed 500 business cards for this company. The owner Eli Roque ignored me and other agents to avoid paying when it was time to pay for the services. We talked and I even gave him some time to make the payment because he was crying about the IRS being after him; wish I knew that before doing business.
