I am working with a different attorney for an adoption case however I did pay for this firm's assistance concerning reaching out to the bio-parent to sever parental rights and when reaching out and speaking directly with the attorney from this firm, explaining the situation, He sounded very irritated with the situation. His paralegals do all the work on everything concerning reaching out to the bio-parent and they have been great with contacting me and answering any questions I have had concerning the process and preparing all documents needed. The paralegal I have been working with is so so kind and makes a point to make me feel my questions are welcomed.

I can't say enough about Chuck. The whole office has always been extremely helpful and responsive. He was always very clear and concise and honest with expectations. He was professional and always made time to explain and translate the legal mumbo jumbo that the ordinary person is privy to. Cannot thank him enough for his hard work, his expertise, and his time. I also worked with Jon and had an identical experience. The whole office was a pleasure to work with and cannot recommend them higher.
