      Matthew, thank you for your honest feedback. We would like to apologize for your experience with us. If there is anything we can do to make your experience better, please do not hesitate to give us a call.While we are an Authorized DeWalt Repair Center, and we do work on DeWalt cordless tools, we are unable to repair ALL of their tools in-house. In certain cases we are sending any warranty DeWalt power tools to the nearest Factory Service Center for evaluation and repair.For repairs that are out of warranty, we may send the tool to the nearest Factory Service Center for Factory Overhaul service. This is done to ensure a timely repair, and lower cost to the customer.
