Your workers drive like jerks. Always love having some one on my bumper getting off a exit. He had reflect shades on and looked like angry at the world.

Jim is a Great Owner and he has repaired and restored 2 pools for me. His workers are respectful and they clean up after all work. I tell all my friends to use them. YOU SHOUD TOO

This company does not back any of their work. When there is a problem with something they have done that is supposed to be covered under warranty they do not return phone calls.

Giving 1 star only because I can't give zero. We chose Classic Pools to remodel our pool and spa in 2018. They had good reviews online at the time. We had multiple problems once they started working. Too many issues to list them all here, but the highlights include: poor waterline and stair tile installation - crooked lines and grout started cracking within a few months - I had to request that they chip out the stair tiles and then replace - this left damage to the pebble that was not repaired. They forgot to install the popups in the bottom before filling the pool - then blamed us for not reminding them to install them - they dug out the pebble around the popups and did not repair it. There was difficult communication with the owner - he seemed mad at us for asking questions and requesting that items be corrected. Also poor communication between the owner and the subcontractors. Now 6 years later, the waterline tile is falling out in chunks - but of course is out of warranty. In hindsight, we would not have chosen them and feel that our money was not well spent. Recommend looking elsewhere for a pool renovation.
