        I dropped my car off to Brad and Dave at Civic Center to get a quote about an oil leak on my Ford Taurus. For a bunch of silly reasons (many my fault), I wasn't able to make it back to my car later that same day once it was ready for pick up. Brad drove to my house the following day and picked me up. He and Dave were kind, excellent communicators, and went above and beyond. I'll be sure to return to Civic Center again.
