Shannon at this print shop is PHENOMENAL!!! ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service!!! She helped me so much more than just with printing! I am so so grateful I came to this shop and got helped by Shannon today. I was feeling very stressed and in despair with the reason I needed to get printing done as it is and Im not good with computers and such and she just jumped in and literally saved my day. This company is so lucky to have such a valuable employee. Youd think she owned or managed this shop. Thank you so very much to Shannon!!!!

Always love to share this business as supporting locally is super cool. I had horrible service today, so deflating. Just some simple photocopying that a emailed before arriving because I was in a bit of a time jam. Was told it wasnt received, but then found an email that they replied to. When I questioned that response by showing them they responded, attitude got engaged because of my confusion? So awkward, and rather rude. Just trying to clear up and move on. So print jobs were resent. When it came to pay, everything was printed up twice, so yes youre going to pay for unreceived emails on top of dishonesty. Punishing attitude felt intentional. Why pay extra for that?

I read great reviews about this print shop and decide to give them a call to ask some questions and get pricing for their services. The girl on the phone act like she was bothered and put me on hold, she said i will have to come in for pricing. Just not welcoming, i will be looking for another print shop.
