Hi Josh. I'm so sad my seat cushions on a $4000 sofa, love seat and recliner are compressing after only 4 years. I've already had to touch up the arms and headrest with dye purchased from you guys. Geesh...my second set purchased thus far. I'll look elsewhere next time. I assume you can't help with my seat cushions huh?

Purchased a recliner with heater and massager. I had it picked up for several repsirs one of which the color is fading on the arms and some stitching. Again arms are fading in short time of use. I was told the product used to dye back to original color is no longer available and I need to contact the dye factory and work this out myself. I will never by from Brett again. Either will my friends or family
