Metro Water Filter of the South

Ive been using Metro for several years for my softener and a filter for my house and theyve always been amazing! Theyre super friendly and easy to reach. I recently had some issues with my water and they made sure I had someone out here ASAP to help. I appreciate that they also didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Ill be recommending them to everyone!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We have been thoroughly impressed with the team at Metro Water Filter of the South. Danny came out to assess our well situation and Matt came back the following day to make the recommended repairs to our filtration system. Being new to the well world, we had no idea what were we getting ourselves into, but we are so happy we found them! A+++ and highly recommend!

Matt came to our house immediately. Other companies told us 5-7 days before they could even make it out. Matt knew that we were in desperate need for the filtration system for the well. We purchased a 20 year old home that had smelly yellow water. Matt explained everything to us on the phone before he cane out and helped put our minds at ease. I want say what we paid for the system because Im sure each home varies. However I will say it has been worth far more than what we paid. Steve came out the very next day and installed the system. He was also very courteous, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. We havent had any issues with our system, we thought we did a week after it was installed and I called the office thinking I would have to leave a message only to actually have a super nice lady answer. We received a call back immediately and Steve let us know that it was automatic update or something but was normal. These guys are all the way around one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend them. We felt like family while they were at our home A+ all the way Thanks again Matt and Steve
