        I haven't had heat for around three weeks because I just simply couldn't afford to fill my tank. I was given some state help to get it filled. I called yesterday and made an appointment to get it filled and they said anywhere from today until February 8th. The lady at Ferrell Gas knew the situation I was in and they showed up today with my fuel. I just want to say thank you, it feels good to know they really do care about their customers.

        Customer service is terrible, was looking to buy a home in Millington mi. I didn't have the the address on me at the time of the phone call so they couldn't give me a price for propane. They said it would be between 2.15 and 2.45. Doesn't everybody in Millington pay the same price for propane? I called Hamilton propane and no problems at all, they charge everybody the same price.

        I appreciated the gentleman that came to our home. He went over and above with getting our furnace running in the barn and giving me advice on how to best get our old tanks picked up from the previous vendor. Very professional and kind.
