The tech and procedure were fine, but the billing was weird. I received a bill from Legacy and paid it. Then I received a text message from Tualatin Imaging saying I owed more money. They never sent a paper bill, just a scammy text message saying I owed them money. I dont even know who Tualatin Imaging are. I had to confirm with Legacy that this wasnt a scam. I paid the bill and am still not sure this wasnt a scam.

They read an xray of my foot and named the wrong toe for the diagnosis. I don't even know if they actually looked at the problem area. I told them they need to fix it, but they didn't. Fortunately it got better.
Also their billing methods are bizarre.

I cannot even get through by phone for some easy questions . I am on a knee scooter and answering some questions would be helpful . I am on hold now for over 15 minutes ???. Too busy to pick up the phone ?.

Parent went in for urgent care. Called in and spoke with Jasmine Corona. Would not confirm if parent had been discharged. Extremely unhelpful. Was transferred to Riana, who sould not give her last name and would not confirm or try to help get additional information. Sadly, their response in a time of need is sorely lacking and would lead me to advise anyone to steer clear of this organization.
