Ive TRIED to order from this excuse of a franchise 3 times and Ive never gotten an order. Sat on hold while the phone Rand got TEN MINUTES claims they never got my order but damn sure took my money. Then cancelled my order when someone decided to answer an hour and a half later. So they basically stole from me. Took my money. No food was never marked delivered so the website doesnt let you report an issue with your orde

Ordered at 6:11pm. Estimated delivery time said 35-40 minutes, sweet. Following the tracker it says at 7:22 my food was being quality checked. By 8:40 pm and having 3 hangry kids, not to mention we were worried about cold food seeings how it was out of the oven for over an hour at that point according to the tracker,we decided to cancel the order. We tried calling the store several times to no avail. We have since went and got Wendy's, and still haven't heard anything back from dominoes. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing

PICK UP ONLY!
last two times we ordered delivery it was over a 2.5 hour wait & no one answered when we called.6:22 ordered and it arrived at 9PM we were nearly asleep lol Our food was COLD but tasted GOOD..
Save yourself the hassle and pick it up instead if you are craving dominos.
