Master Card

I have a first premier bank card that is a master card and I am slowly improving my credit so most people don't want this card but if you have bad credit they will give you a credit card. So I have doing really good and paying my bill every month for a couple of years now and my credit has increased and I was given another credit card and credit increases because of paying on time and paying in full. So I use one card to purchase gas for my business vehicle and recently I have been getting declined at the gas pump which I have been able to purchase gas before so this happens a couple times and it keeps happening so I call first premier bank and they tell me because of the amount of fraud in the world today that I have to walk inside the store to purchase gas with my credit card. So I reached out to Master card and told them that I can't use there credit card to make a purchase and they told me to call my bank. So world I will no longer be using any Master Card from any bank ever again in my life and I will tell as many people as I can to never get a master card and the part that sucks is I am the only one who cares.

I am very surprised with how terrible the customer service is! Representatives are clearly unhappy and not willing to do their jobs.
I've never received such terrible service.
One morning, I called a total of 5 times to only be transferred to the work departments, which turned out to be intentional, and to be told "OK, hold on and do not hang up" - that representative left me on hold for nearly 30 minutes without returning.
They will not honor the credit card perk of reimbursement for unsatisfied products when not being able to be go through the merchant!
They do not live up to their promises or value their customers.
If my issue does not get resolved, I will close ALL my Mastercard accounts
