I requested a service call online today on a Sunday and within hours, John called and helped me diagnose the problem. I did a quick google search, found a resolution and it worked. Many thanks to John for taking the time to help me diagnose the issue. I will definitely be contacting Big John's Plumbing again.

Highly recommend....emergency situation/leak on a Saturday morning and John was here within 45-minutes. Honest, straightforward and perfect work. Thanks John....see you again soon, for a new bathroom we want to add next.

Super happy with the work John did. Two shut off valves, new shower valve, sump pump shut off and new sink/toilet valves. John did a great job, is reasonably priced and cleaned up as well as I would have! Thanks John for getting the job done so quickly!
