This is the third time they have gotten grease on my floor mats...I asked Jim to tell them to put paper down so they don't get grease on my floor mats...he said ok ...WELL THERES GREASE ON MY FLOOR MATS A G A I N . this is uncalled for and very disrespectful to me. After asking 3 times & STILL!!! That's poor service. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Service: Oil change

I have been taking my 5 vehicles to Meineke for many years & been pleased with their work & when they gave me a quote that's what I paid. However since Tom left it has gone down hill. I recently took my 2003 Mercury Sable in for a transmission leak, they found the leak along with an oil leak. Cal the District Manager quoted me $1,000 when my husband picked it up they charged him 1,417. I immediately called up, I have been trying for a week to get the refund, Cal told me he has a lot going on & refunds are last its been 7 days and I had to take the car back for a transmission leak again. Cal called to say the car was done & he would issue a credit of $363 it should be $417 we argued about the math, we'll see if I get anything. The only thing I know for sure is I won't go back. UPDATE: On Tuesday March 26th when I picked up the car, Jim told me Cal issued the credit, as of March 30th no credit showing up .

Over priced on tires 100% to 150% more than everywhere else I called. Positive review lol
