        A great company for newbies in the industry. 4 days of orientation and 6 weeks training with a trainer. 2 weeks if you have driven with a previous carrier. Truck and trailer maintenance is taken care of. Very friendly staff. My dispatcher is my favorite supervisor of all previous jobs. Have spoken with other drivers who have been with the company 10+ years.
