Terribly unprofessional, never answer their phone, did not do the work promised, and now received a phone call that I owe them money when my insurance company paid them thousands! You have already been through enough, run the other way

Had renter-pet (cat) damage to our home. the home was on the market to sell with people waiting to view it and we're out of state so we were in a very time-sensitive situation.Received quote from Service Master of Grand Traverse to clean up and seal floors where damage occurred August 10th (after a complaint call to the manager regarding my request for a quote). I formally accepted the quote, they started the job, carpets were pulled up in 3 of the cat-sprayed rooms and 2 spray-damaged doors removed. They still had the rest of the hallway and bedrooms to do and then they were going to seal the floors this week. They called today, 8/17/17, to tell me they were too busy to finish the job - that they had too many "insurance jobs because of the rain' and were sorry, but they wouldn't complete the job.
