Amazing staff! Such nice people and took the time to answer my novice questions, gave me resources to help my journey in becoming the best piper I can be. Great selection of supplies as well. The store is so welcoming and they are very polite, worth every minute of a two hour drive for me to go there and I will be visiting again soon.

I was introduced to Hendersons by Matt Willis, a bagpipe instructor in Carrollton, TX (and his very educational YouTube channel). I purchased a practice chanter and misc. supplies from Hendersons and was impressed with the customer service. After learning a few tunes, I decided to order my first set of highland bagpipes from Hendersons. I called Kate on Oct 9, 2023, and I have to say that she is the very definition of best-in-class customer service, helpfulness and product knowledge when helping me decide on the brand and design of the pipes and all needed supplies. She displayed the same level of customer service to answer my questions during several follow-up calls always with a smile in her voice! Thank you, Kate!! My new bagpipes were shipped within one day, which is also very impressive. I appreciate that they will arrive assembled and ready to play. Lastly, Hendersons website is phenomenal well designed with plenty of pictures and detailed descriptions of the materials used for each product offered, making it a lot easier to make a decision. Hendersons will be my go-to bagpipe supplier for life!
