Dan installed a new EC4 Oxytech system in late May and it took care of the odor in the water. When I called On August 26 about some related issues he adjusted his schedule and took care of the issues on August 27. He has gone above and beyond in his customer service. I would highly recommend him and Rainsoft of Northern Michigan to take care of your water needs. Dan ROCKS!

I knew our well water had hardness issues. So I sent in the small water sample into HomeDepot/RainSoft for testing. Numbers did come back higher than expected. The TDS numbers were below the WHO target of 300 ppm. So Rainsoft sent out Nathan to do a more thorough water analysis. After running another hardness, TDS, iron and Chlorine test He recommended the EC4-75 system for our rural house. Installer Dan was scheduled for 9am on Monday, July 27, 2020. He called and informed us he was on his way and promptly showed up around 9:30am. He installed equipment, double and tripled checked for leaks. He went over the RO and filters under the sink and the Softener cylinder , salt tank and system programming very thoroughly. We can't wait to get the house pipes and water heater water cycled through to flush out our equipment and to begin tasting better and safer water. Job well done. Thanks

My wife and I were interested in getting our water tested with the possibility of getting a water softener installed in our well water system. I called based on a recommendation from a neighbor and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get somebody that day. I called them 10 min after the appointment time, with the understanding that the appointment time was +\- an hour. I informed them that I had to go to work, but that my wife would be home. The receptionist was very pleasant and understanding and said she would pass my wife’s contact information to the person coming out to test the water. Nathan (the employee) showed up and was uncomfortably insistent to my wife that both she and I needed to be physically present in order for him to test our water. Despite the fact that my wife has a general power of attorney (I am active duty military), she felt very belittled and insulted. He made a few snide remarks that really turned us off to the whole thing. Specifically, when he looked inside our dishwasher and, after seeing some calcium buildup, said “does thing thing even clean your dishes?†It would have been better if somebody would have told me when I called twice that it is company policy (why, exactly?) to have both husband and wife home for the water testing.
