        They ruined my wedding ring that I have had for 20 years. The setting on my ring got caught on something and bent back. Took it to them for repair. They had it three weeks and when I got it back the bands are no longer lined up and there is now a curve in them that wasn't there before. Clearly their jeweler does not know what they are doing. Now I am going to have to pay more money to take it somewhere else and have it fixed properly. Thanks for nothing.

        Went to our Traverse City location to see if they could fix 2 cheap necklaces I bought elsewhere that had broken and they fixed them at no charge! I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be coming here next time I need to buy any jewelry. The staff is very friendly & helpful.

        The store manager Rhonda should not be in the position to run your Traverse City store. The customer service was not pleasant and made us feel horrible investing in a new ring we actually walked out of the store.
