I am an electronics hobbyist and needed components 3D printed for a project. I found Great Lakes 3D Printing via a search for 3D printing services. 1. Website is very well done, and easy to use. 2. Brandon, the owner, took the time to communicate with me on any questions, I had regarding the process, even though this was not a huge order. 3. Brandon caught a mistake I made on the number of pieces I needed for a particular component, and took the time to fact check with me. 4. The quality of the components is high, and the pieces I have taken measurements of are to specification. 5. Great Lakes 3D quoted me a fair price, gave me a schedule for production, which was kept, and shipped my order the most cost effective way. I would highly recommend Great Lakes 3D for anyone needing this type of service. Very clearly they have a commitment to quality and customer service.

Brandon is great to work with! Very receptive to engineering changes and building new products. GL3D has built very robust, excellent parts for our portable toilets. I have them designing other parts for me as well. I am very happy to be able to work with a company that is just as interested in your project as you are. They are excited to work on anything you bring to them.

New to the world of 3D printing, Brandon took the STL files and made absolutely perfect models. Highly recommend GL3D for any and all of your hobby needs! Very quick results and very reasonable prices!

Im developing a series of vehicles for introduction in the future. We step through a process that eventually brings us to 3d files. I was frustrated trying to find someone to 3d print my 3d files. That is until I found Great Lakes. They are fantastic to work with. The process was a joy. Quote was reasonable, communication was awesome and constant, result was fantastic. Yes, I will be going back to them with more work.
