        Purchased a GE refrigerator from this business on 9/19/22 for $3400. On 10/14 our ice maker went out. We called and scheduled repair. On 10/20/22 we returned home after being gone for several days to find our freezer out and every spoiled. Went to this store and spoke to Manager, explained our issues and of course there was great frustration in my voice but no  yelling, no cursing just upset with a horrible product. I asked if we could get a replacement refrigerator, "No, we're a small business we could never accommodate that request."  Then asked if they would pay to replace all the product I lost in the freezer. "No, we don't do that."Not one word of concern for what just happened, not one word of sympathy, not one suggestion on how we could remedy our issue. He said he'd give us a service number to call but "you have to be nice to them when you call."  What, are you kidding me?  Have you not heard a word I've said?As we were leaving, he said to my husband as I'm standing nearby, "tell you wife I hope she has a better day."  We intentionally, purchased in Tracy as I firmly believe in keeping our money with our merchants but never again and certainly not with this merchant. Horrible customer service and dripping with misogyny.

        So of course before I walked in I took the time to view the reviews for this place.. saw that it had a majority of positive reviews and well convinced me to check it out in person. Lets just say.. big mistake. Who ever the old guy was sitting in desk was..rude, careless, unprofessional, and no help to me at all. Im sorry but maybe I looked young to him or whatever.. but that is just not how you do business nor the impression to give to any walk-in guests. I am very disappointed. I guess Ill just take my money elsewhere. Oh and couldnt even say hi nor have a good day when I walked in and left
