Tracy Volkswagen

If you are trying to sell your vehicle this is the place to go. I was told by a Tracy Chevrolet buyer name Domonic he would pay higher than any dealership around since my suv was a Chevy. After he no showed on my appointment, I gave him another chance and that was a low balling disaster. I eventually went across the street to Tracy Volkswagen and spoke to John the salesperson and Chad the buyer. These guys were super friendly and work fast! They paid me $2000 more than Chevy and it only took 20 minutes! A couple arrived before me and they did the exact same thing. Left Tracy Chevrolet because of a bad experience and were well taken care of at Tracy Volkswagen. Ive bought many cars and I only buy from the big dealerships. 2 from Tracy Chevrolet in the last 4 years. But this transaction was by far the best experience at any dealership. Dont waist your valuable time anywhere else. This place gets it!!

Overall, I am super displeased with Tracy Volkswagen. I came in for a warranty service. They told me that I needed to come in before they could order the part. I live 45 minutes away, so this was inconvenient but understandable. They told me after looking at my car that it would be about seven days until the part came in. They told me that they would email, call, or text me when it was ready. After 12 days of hearing nothing, I called them and they told me that the part had been ready for days. So I scheduled an appointment. After showing up to my appointment waiting about 15 minutes they told me that the part was never ordered. So I drove 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back for an unnecessary appointment. They told me that they would call me when it was ready for a second time. They did not call again so I called and they said that it would be ready on Monday so I scheduled an appointment for Monday. I told they to call me on Monday morning if the part was ready. They never called me so I canceled my appointment and rescheduled it for Friday. The only positive thing that happened there was that they drove me to a store on Friday when my car was being worked on. Overall, I am super disappointed and would not recommend this Volkswagen.
