The employee who worked with you to help choose the rental item is certified for repair and operation by both Husqvarna (the manufacturer of the item you rented somewhere else which did not work properly for you) and EDCO (the manufacturer of the item you chose to rent from us). This counter person has over 20 years in a variety of floor preparation rental and experience. As he discussed with you, the best piece of equipment for the large size job you described was one which we did not carry, and suggested other rental sources where you may be able to obtain one sized better for your 15,000 sq ft job. You still choose to rent the unit we had. Once on the jobsite, it was acknowledged to us that the tool was doing the job, however it was going to take too long to complete in the amount of time you had allotted. We have been in business since 1968, and care about our customers. Your successful job completion is our primary goal.
