        Cal water service in Hawthorne decides to turn water off 2/27/2020 10am Without any type of courtesy notice or heads up, and when I called the excuse is something about a routine something that should only take 1 hr , these are services we all pay for they should have the decency and courtesy to let us know , whomever is running that place needs to have a sit down with all supervisors and managers or simply replaced with someone that will do a better job and earns their check ...

        New problem - the water quality in Redondo has gone to hell.  The water is such poor quality that shampoo won't rinse from hair, water heaters last 3 years, and my $1000 faucet is corroding.  Good God, what have they done?  Toilet to tap? Acid to water?  Added hard minerals?  WTF?

        It is 21 century that I can't believe a supervisor of the company does not aware of any advanced technology, yet trying to argue otherwise.  CAL Water can't update a credit card and maintain the account settings.   You need to step it up !!!
