They tried to get me to pay for a part under warranty, had to go to another dealer and pay the service fee again to realize this. Update: they responded to my review and refunded me after realizing the mistake. Much appreciated to those taking extra care for their customers

I had the displeasure of working with Luis during my car buying process last year. While I did end up buying a Toyota (from a different dealership) my experience here stood out as the worst of any dealership I visited. He was inconsiderate, failed to listen to my preferences and aggressively tried to push several vehicles I had explicitly told him, multiple times, I was not interested in purchasing. My friend had a similar experience, saying he made her uncomfortable and made sexist remarks to her during the process. I'd highly recommend asking for someone else, or choosing a different dealership. I will never be back.
