I want to share my real experience here so people can think carefully before choosing your surgeon. A few years ago, Dr. Liu revised my double eyelids for me. After the surgery, I lost my crease completely on my right eye so I went back for a revision but it got worse. He took out too much skin and tissue so the crease wouldnt form properly. He ended up refunding me and made me sign a paper to settle it. Please make sure to do your research and go with a surgeon who has more experience in this area.

I just had an upper Blepheroplasty yesterday by Dr. Ahn. I shopped for the right doctor and I had 100% confidence in Dr. Ahn. He is gentle, patient and a perfectionist. I have been a nurse for 30 years and I know a good doctor when I meet one. The procedure went perfectly and although there's still swelling (it's been less than 24 hours post op), I see a dramatic improvement in my eyelids. I am very happy thus far. I would highly recommend Dr. Ahn. His staff, Faith also went above and beyond. I cannot be happier with the customer service she provided me.

This place is absolutely lovely! Booking a consultation was fast and easy, Faith is kind and friendly and makes sure to reach out. I had Michelle and cannot say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and she will NOT make you feel insecure! She helped correct a genetic issue I hated for years (that started to worsen due to getting older) with just a small amount of filler and it looks entirely natural. She is skilled and knows what she is doing, I highly recommend booking with her!! I will definitely keep going here and working with these wonderful and generous ladies!

Poor customer service. The reception I received was less that respectful. I was rushed by their coordinator Faith who had no patience or consideration whatsoever, extremely rude. Demanded pictures by email, refusing the opportunity to a consultation with the doctor. An extra star was given for having answered one, only one of my questions. Dr. Ahn may be a good doctor but Faith makes the decisions in that practice.
