If I could rate Zepf with a 0, I definitely would. Please!!!! If you have someone experiencing a mental health crisis, DO NOT contact Zepf!!! They are a worthless service in our community with an inconsistent message!! They are a waste of time with incompetent staff. Please find somewhere else to find assistance to avoid frustration and wasting your time.

I recently attempted to get care here, and was assigned a Case Manager. My conditions are vast, but the main thing is that I have an extreme fear of going outside for any reason. I was told they would do their best to accommodate me. The case manager got me setup with an appointment for a month out, then re-scheduled when it got close to time. So I waited another month. And guess what? She once again wanted to re-schedule me on the day I was supposed to attend my appointment. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. These people genuinely don't care about your well being at all. It is the worst possible service you could ever receive.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would, please if you are seeking mental health look elsewhere. I told Dr Lindley at the Central location at my very first appointment that my primary care physician already prescribed me anxiety medication and he prescribed me different medication already under that impression is very odd when its solely your choice to take medication. His staff told me the reason he purposely filled out my disability paperwork wrong is because I didnt touch the ones he prescribed. After all this time turns out this place doesnt do any disability work related paperwork, I constantly called for weeks checking on my paperwork when staff could have done the bare minimum their job and told me when I left it with them at my very first appointment. I have loss a month of wages at my employer because of this. They had me come in for several appointments just to collect a check from my health insurance Zepth staff are very unprofessional and lazy and if you do are not willing to do your job seek another profession and let in someone who will. I came here to get help and this place added on to my stress.
