Kelly was wonderful to work with. Personable, kind, and knowledgeable. Helped us to buy our desired home with a difficult seller. Consequently, had to deal with a stressed out buyer. I could easily consider her a saint for her ability to keep me calm throughout the storm. So thankful to be able to continue to work with her for insurance needs. Highly recommend!!

Dan Effler did a fantastic job of selling my former house as well has helping me find a new home. He provided many suggestions along the way and pointed out positive points as well as pitfalls. Additionally, he has made suggestions for various contractors as I've looked into certain updates/repairs. I really enjoy working with Effler Schmitt and highly recommend them

We worked with Katie and Effler Schmitt and she exceeded all of our expectations. She was patient with us over the years and helped us stay focused on the house we wanted to buy instead of letting us settle for what was available. And the home selling process was just as seemless.
