Rude and Unprofessional!!! Company never called to confirm my move, and when I called the day beforehand was told "I got a new number".....Day of the move I called him at the time they were scheduled to arrive and he answers..."Who this?" Claims his guys had a blowout somewhere in Detroit and they are "very upset"....great! Now when can you be here to help me? Never responded to my texts after that. This company needs to take a lesson in courtesy and business ethics...and also let them know about roadside assistance! It's 2019...a tire replacement shouldn't take more than an hour. Get real!

We went with this company in 2016 because they claimed to be insured and were willing to work with us on the price. They seemed friendly enough at first and we ended up paying them half upfront and the rest on delivery. Total cost: $4300 to move our stuff from Ohio to Texas. However, they turned out to be very unprofessional. There were only two men - one came right out and told us he smoked weed. It also turned out that their service was extremely poor and that they were downright unprofessional. NEVER use this business for moving your items. There were scuff marks on the walls in our new home, deep gouges on both our glass tables, lots of broken items, broken stationary bike and scuff marks on practically ALL our furniture. We attempted to contact Mark, who managed to ignore our calls the first several days. When he finally answered, he hung up on us after learning why we were calling. Save yourself the trouble and go with a professional company. We had hoped that they would atleast take responsibility for the damaged goods.

The person who answered was EXTREMELY rude and must have thought he was superior to everyone by the way he yelled and cussed at me. Will never use their service and hope the owner learns how to treat and talk to another human being.
