      • Sigi Spider

        Shipping and receiving has gone downhill fast in the last few months. It used to be clean and orderly, and the people knew what orders were coming in and going out. Now, I have to move pallets to get into the dock. It takes 2 hours to get done what they used to do in half an hour. They seem to have no clue what orders to send out. I feel sorry for a new driver who doesn't know what to ask for or what they're picking up. I hope this new person learns to take pride in this job soon like the pervious person did. It used to be one of my favorite places. I'll update my review to 5 stars when I see improvement. They're capable of so much better.
