        this place was hit or miss over the years. decent place to workout yes but never liked the personal trainer tactics they used. the owners were also kinda arrogant and showed favoritism to certain members or employees. but most gyms are like this

        Very nice place to work out, staff is great too. Only comment is sometimes the equipment is not very clean.

        Not overcrowded like my home gym in California. Very clean, nice set up, and bottles of water for 1 dollar. The owner is very kind. There were much older folks, and younger folks too.
