Originally quoted me $275 for septic risers. They did the work and billed me $450 without letting me know it would be more. After a l rainstorm and some flooding, the septic risers became loose and floated to the top (I watched this happen with my own eyes). They they charged me an additional $75 to fix the poor job they did. They claimed a bear had tore out the risers after looking at the “evidence.” What evidence?? And why would a bear tear out the risers? Makes no sense. I literally watched the risers come out of the ground after it rained. This company is dishonest and will rip you off for poor quality work.

We rented a toilet trailer through Gotta Go Potties (Lavish Lavs) for our wedding on 9/25/21. We were very impressed with the whole experience. It was easy to rent, the delivery/pickup team was amazing – they got the trailer in the space we were hoping for even though it was tight. Many of our guests commented on how impressed they were with the toilets! They came fully stocked, they had music playing, and after the event we just locked them up and they took care of the pickup; we didn’t have to worry about anything. We would recommend this company and their toilet trailers to anyone.

Our experience with first potty at a soccer game-no paper or sanitizer and one of the dirtiest potties I've ever seen. I stopped at Heckman's in Effort and needed to use one, and when I saw it was a "Gotta go potty" I said, "oh not again." Went in and again disgusting. Potty is too high and almost filled with waste. There was paper and sanitizer this time at least. We rent a port-a-john from a different company for camping each year and they clean weekly and it's spotless. I understand this is for public use, but even so it's disgusting. Soccer tournaments have taken us to many portable potties, and this company by far is the worst. Sorry to write a bad review, but I think they can do better.

I do hate writing negative reviews, but here goes. Gotta Go put in my septic in 2013 and it started to malfunction earlier this year. A small swamp was developing on top. They came out and for a couple hundred buck did some digging. They suggested their sister company, LCR, come out and dump more dirt on the mound. So for $1550 I got a new layer of dirt. The guy said the extra dirt would not cover the clean-outs when I asked about that. And the dirt did cover the clean-outs. I left the mound alone until the grass grew and when I went to mow, guess what I found. The little swamp is still there. So after about five months of calling with no return calls, someone new to the company called to try to help. She was dong her best to help resolve the issue. However, nobody is interested in coming out to solve the problem. Instead, they just offered me about 60% refund of my total cost. I accepted because who's got the energy to keep calling when absolutely no one other than the new staffer seems to care enough about their work to call back. It's unfortunate. This company is run by some local guys and their kids, but I can't count on them when I need them. Though they sure showed up quickly when I had to write a check. As a businessperson, I've referred their services many times over the years, but that won't happen again.
