        I inquired to see if they would be able to refinish a solid walnut dresser and headboard. They requested pictures which I provided. I waited two weeks for a reply and heard nothing. I emailed them again asking if they could do it. Their reply was simply "No". Literally that was the only thing they said. Not professional or courteous.
