The manager is a discriminatory person, she does not know how to serve clients. Today there was an elderly man at the reception who had been at the hotel for several days and she treated him in a very unpleasant way because she was charging the man twice the value of his deposit it is very unpleasant that a hotel of this category does not worry about giving us clients good treatment, and that they use unpleasant words if the value of the hotel has been paid on the platform and they have several agreements that are below the value of best western because we as clients take the value that suits us, in addition to that I take it aside so that we would not realize how unpleasant this manager is but I heard everything that was happening and that is why I tell it here, apart from everything Just as they charge such a high fee of 150 dollars for a deposit, they should also refund that money the next day, not two days or three days, because if you don't pay the deposit when you enter, you lose the reservation and they don't return the money. Be very careful when booking at this hotel because they intimidate you by calling the police. In reality, it made me sad with the elderly man about how the manager was treating him. She got up and left him talking and told him that those were her rules and that's it, a hotel must have a person with charisma, dedication and that respects customers.
