I called at 6:30 PM to report that my air conditioner wasn't working. Amanda told me she'd call around and see if she could get someone. She called me back in a few minutes and told me someone would be out in an hour and a half! Within 2 hours it was cooling again! Great service.

Their name should be "Worst" in the west. Had to give 1-star, otherwise would have given zero stars! Kim in their office is an awful human being. A complete shrug. She is the worst liar I have ever confronted. She lied six ways to Sunday. We used them to repair our AC. They had to come back out and "fix" their repair and then issued us a bill. We offered to pay it on the spot and the tech said he couldn't take a credit card and said his office would call on Monday since it was over New Years weekend. No one called and they never sent a bill by mail or email. One and half years later I received a collection notice for $250. I called and spoke with Kim and let her know about it. She was unwilling to pull it from collections. She lied and said she called me 6 times, emailed me 6 times, and mailed me a bill 6 times. All complete and total lies. Then spoke with the other Rick. A  complete moron. I wouldn't use this company under any circumstance. The WORST in the West!!!
