Such a great gift! My sister and I already purchase Healthy Trinity from Natren. So, when I saw the book, I knew I had to get it! Got it got myself first, then my sister! Natasha Trenve is immensely powerful in her knowledge about probiotics and just amazing to listen too! Highly recommend this read.

I’ve suffered from lactose intolerance for many years. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get any relief from my symptoms… until I tried Healthy Trinity from Natren last year. Healthy Tummy literally changed my life! For starters, I’ve never had the strongest immune system. And it had been a huge process in trying to overcome my digestion issues, until Natren’s Healthy Tummy fell in my lap on a trip to the grocery store! Well… the bottle fell into my shopping cart. It only took a couple of days for me to actually see a positive outcome and I couldn’t be happier. I also like that they’re chewable! Brings out the kid in me ; )

Since I was a little boy, I’ve suffered from extreme bloating, gas, and abnormal amounts of diarrhea. Most of my childhood was spent at a doctor’s office, with nurses taking bloods samples, issuing colonoscopies, stomach scans, you name it, to try to figure out what the problem was. Fast forward 10 years, my parents found Natren. Not only is it dairy free, but the Natren Bifiod Factor is also vegan and gluten free! Needless to say, I’m absolutely grateful for the Tren’vs hard work and dedicated to all types of gut problems, and to my parents for never giving up on me! Seriously life changing!

I absolutely LOVE this company's probiotics! My husband and I use Healthy Trinity, and our children use Healthy Start. I trust my family’s health to Natren because I’ve done my homework. If we all did our research, we wouldn’t waste our time (and money) on probiotics that do not arrive cold. Natren is the only probiotics company I could find that literally delivers their probiotics in a container with ice to maintain the ideal temperature. That just goes to show you how seriously Natren takes their probiotics.
