Oakview Health Center

The staff at Oakview is absolutely amazing! They treat my parents as if they were part of their family. They are very attentive, they listen to you and your family, and are exceptional at reaching out to contact you. I have worked with their teams from the skilled nursing, assisted-living, and the memory care. Each department of expertise is extremely professional, and well versed in the necessities of their residents. We are so thankful to be able to have such a wonderful support for the care and well-being of our family members!

My father was in Oakview's SNF for 9 months and received the BEST care imaginable! The staff is compassionate, professional, and present. They are warm, friendly and so helpful. From the Director of Nursing to the Social Worker to the business manager to the many CNAs and nurses, your parent or partner will receive excellent care. Our family can't say enough good things about the Oakview Team!

My very loved Mother received amazing care at Oakview in their Assisted Living, Gardens, and Skilled Nursing facilities, until her passing. I am grateful to all of the staff at Oakview. Every member of their care team demonstrated excellence and diligence. From Maria Tang (DON), Evelyn Barrow, Sarah Wasson, all nurses and CNA's, Amor Navarro, and everyone at the reception, et al. the care was personal, thoughtful, and beyond measure. Thank you all!

The facility is A+. The staff are capable and efficient, and they really care about the patients/residents. I would highly recommend Oakview to anyone seeking skilled nursing care.

My dad was in a Skilled Nursing Facility years ago and the care was so abominable that when my husband fractured his shoulder and was going to be sent from the hospital to a SNF, I said absolutely not. My wonderful PCP, Dr. Russ Hines, helped me make the decision that sending him for care to Oakview SNF would be the best thing for him and he was soooo right. There was no elelment of his care that wasn't 100% outstanding from the nursing staff, to the caregivers, to the food which was as good as any restaurant. The OT/PT staff were about the best there are around. The progress my husband has made there astounded us. He was discharged yesterday and kudos to Amor who handled the whole process making it painless and easy. If I forgot anyone, please excuse me- you at Oakview are ALL the best. The thing about Oakview is that they are always there for you- even after the discharge. They absolutely deserve their 5 star medicare rating and if there were a 10 star rating, I'd give them that!!!
