Elf's Window Coverings

We had plantation shutters installed in our living room. Craig did a great job from start to finish. He came over to measure shortly after we spoke in the phone. The appointment to measure the window was quick, and then we selected the color and trim style. Craig was helpful in suggesting the best size and style of shutters for our living room. No surprises on the cost, and the delivery estimate was accurate. Installation was quick, and they look great. We are enjoying the view from our living room window every day!We will definitely call Elf's again.

This review is about how they handled themselves on the phone.  I saw this company recommended on NextDoor and looked up their website.  It said that they do shutters and blinds and draperies and we needed to have custom drapes done in our living room.I called and the person that answered the phone sounded very young, but that's ok.  I asked about setting up an appointment for drapes and such and he informed me that they don't do that, that they only do plantation shutters and blinds. I told him that I saw it listed on their website and then he told me, not very nicely, that they don't do that anymore.  Didn't ask me if I needed blinds (which I also did need).  When I heard the tone of his voice, like I was bothering him, I told him that they should fix their website and said goodbye.
