Philip, Sam Will, and Brian wee absolutely awesome putting in our brand new heat pump, ducting AND the mini split in our pool house. They are competent, professional, courteous, and they really KNOW their stuff. Cassie at the office keeps all the balls in the air and answered every single one of my annoying questions with a smile. I highly recommend O&H!

31Aug03 Had some electrical issues with caused AC problems From the first call to a tech on site was maybe 40 minutes. My first call was returned in 9 minutes and tech on site with 30 minutes. All where great and very pleasant to deal with. Will, the tech was great got my AC up and running and was still very courteous and pleasant after spending a tremendous amount of time in the very hot attic. Speed of service was great and price was reasonable. I will continue to do all my future AC/Heating business with O&H They had installed the unit about 10 years ago and I have not had issues until yesterday Jonathan Thomasville GA
