It's been three years since our 90+ year old Father moved into Fleming Farms, and this still remains a good and comforting decision.
The Farm, as we affectionately call it, offers a host of activities, outings and great meals that the entire community actively participates in and enjoys. Layer in a beautiful setting and attentive staff and it's a solid win. A special Thank You to Melissa and Neila for always going above & beyond and showing extra-special care.
With myself and two other brothers located out of town, Dad being in Fleming Farms has removed a heavy and often stressful worry off our shoulders.
Well done, Fleming Farms!

We explored several different alternatives for senior living for my father.
Fleming Farms set itself above all the rest.
The staff is caring and we could not be more pleased with the decision we made in selecting Fleming Farms.

About six months ago my sister became an independent living Flemming Farms resident. This was a long desired, but delayed, move under some unfortunate medical circumstances. This move could not have occurred without the committed help of Melissa Watts. She caringly kept in contact until decisions could be made to finalize the move. She provided much needed references and contact information re. moving, home health care and expenses. Much appreciation is given to Melissa for making the move smooth. Since the move in Melissa has continually and guinely expressed interest and offered assistance. The Flemming Farms facility and staff are beyond "Marriott" level of care and provision always friendly and efficiently professional. My sister is now enjoying her latter years of life style as desired at Flemming Farms.

Delivered to a resident. There are NO information signs on where to park, or where to park for a room number. There aren't enough information signs inside to find a particular unit. Not one employee asked if i needed help, instead they just stood around talking to each other. And to top it off an employee was rude (as I was leaving) about parking under the canopy when there are no signs prohibiting parking. What an awful experience and I will not deliver there again

What a wonderful experience! They REALLY care for their residents. Starting with the ladies that work at the front desk as you arrive, the staff goes above and beyond to help both the residents and their families. I hesitate to mention names because I will probably forget someone but, I want to recognize the ones who have been so wonderful to my mom over the last couple of years.
From day one, Melissa has been a wealth knowledge. She makes time to talk to you about any need or concerns you may have. She is professional but also kind and caring. I can't imagine anyone doing her job better than she does!
Rebecca is a ray of sunshine, while also being efficient and professional. She has been caring for the elderly since she was in high school! She has definitely recognized and embraced her calling in life.
Erica, Nela and Vickie have also been caring, and very helpful to my mom and our family.
My mom is currently using the Physical and Occupational Therapy staff on site. They are friendly, attentive and happy to communicate with our family about mom's progress.
The facility is beautiful and they try to cater to everyone's wants/needs. My mom has been living at FF a couple of years and we feel so thankful for Fleming Farms and the amazing staff!
