We got 4 pieces framed and they look great, exactly what we wanted. Price is higher end, but to be expected with well done framing. The review is lower because of communication. When we brought in our items we were told they would be completed in 2 weeks, which we thought was incredibly fast. Excitedly we approached the 2 week mark and didn't hear from the store. At 3 weeks we started calling, but had a very hard time very catching anyone on the phone, or were told they were busy and would call back.
I understand things out of your control come up, and had we been told, hey actually this is going to take longer, then fine. But we weren't updated on delays and made the long trip out to check on our pieces, and were told "I'm working them now, they will be ready soon". What was supposed to be 2 weeks turned into months, and had we just been told, hey I can't give you a date, or I will have them ready in a month or two we would have adjusted our schedules and expectations. But we were never told, and just had to show up and call at the right time, because the hours on google often to not match the actual hours of operation.
TLDR: Great work on the frame, poor communication.

Great service, great prices. I had a last-minute invite to participate in an art exhibit and needed hangers added to my art pieces. It was fast and convenient.

Marty is the best there is! People always comment about the frames on my paintings! A good frame helps a painting sell faster and looks great in the collectors home.
