Nancy was so easy to work with and very accommodating! She dressed two of our groomsmen on very short notice. They came into the store the day before the wedding (I did give her a few days notice but they flew in only the day before), within 24 hours she had them suited in rentals and altered to fit their bodies, including shoes. They looked great, and matched the other groomsmen perfectly who got their suit rentals from Men's warehouse! She also didn't charge a rush fee, and it ended up being more affordable than the Men's warehouse suit rentals. Thanks for you help Nancy!!!

Let me tell you something about Nancy-
She returned a call/text to me on a Sunday, the day before the 4th of July, and said Meet me at the shop at 2:00.
Not only did she supply me with 7 pairs of cuff links for my sons groomsmen, added a pair of dress socks, DIDNT charge me an arm and leg for the last minute emergency, but most importantly she was kind and friendly the entire time I was there. What a lifesaver!!! Thank you, Nancy. We think youre the best!

Nancy is amazing! I ended having to get a new dress 2 days before my wedding and now with a very small budget. I went in not sure if she could help. I must say she found me the perfect dress! Thank you for making sure my wedding day was saved. I truly appreciate you and will recommend you to everyone I know getting married. You are a life saver!

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. I went in to the shop a couple weeks ago and made an appointment for 2pm on a Tuesday. While I was in there making the appointment, I was asked if I wanted to pay $20 to hold the appointment. I asked if I could pay the day of the appointment and she said that would be ok, just let us know if you decide to cancel so others could take the spot. When I first walked in she was also on the phone and made me wait for a bit to even make an appointment. She had a very rude and unprofessional way about her. I had a bad feeling about the place right away and should have just called to cancel but I didnt. Fast forward to the appointment day, I walked in with my soon to be Mother in Law. The same lady I originally spoke to was there and on the phone again. There was another lady there who started to help me after minutes of waiting for the manager or whomever to get off the phone. She didnt get off the phone but the other lady helped me try on a few dresses. She was nicer and more professional. I did appreciate her time. It wasnt even 2:30, and the manager lady rudely blurted out just so you know, we have an appointment at 3 so you will have to hurry it up. She also said to my mom that she (referring to me) never officially set up an appointment up with us. I didnt realize that coming in and setting up an appointment wasnt officially setting up an appointment. I guess this was because I didnt put money down first. Anyways, she was very rude to me and my mom. I am getting married for the first time and just wanted to have a happy environment where I felt special and could try on some dresses. Instead, I was upset and on the verge of crying from being so wound up by all of it. The lady never even took my measurements and I was constantly asked what my budget was. Honestly, I could have spend some good money on a dress if I loved it enough. Also, I was asked didnt you ask to try on casual dresses for a beach wedding? I told her that a more casual dress is what Im looking for but wanted to keep my options open. After I responded, she gave me a disgusted look and walked away. I didnt realize I couldnt try on any dress I was interested in.
I cannot get over how unprofessional my experience was just because I didnt correctly make an appointment. I felt so unwelcome and will never walk foot into that building again. I had to pay $20 for this experience, which is so upsetting as I was treated so rudely. I do not recommend anyone to shop here. I never write reviews, but this experience was horrible and I dont wish this on anyone.
