Closed my account with umpqua when they did not have what I needed for my business and personal accounts to integrate. After closing the accounts the bill pay for another account was still somehow paid for out of the closed account and they sent me a large overdraft notice. I worked with them on a solution at the local branch (or I thought I did) but then later received a collections notice and realized that they had not dealt with the issue just charged off the account saying it was still open. Now I am having to deal with collections on a debt that is not mine they helped me incur. I plan to report them for this but wanted to warn everyone its not a good bank.

HANDS DOWN The BEST bank in town. Ive never had any issues. The staff are all so polite and helpful. Ive been a customer here since I was 16. I wont go anywhere else.

We have been with Columbia for about 25 years and found constant excellence. But the most amazing was when I was scammed, got scarred, went to the bank practically in tears, and about 5 staff surrounded me, made calls to police, etc., contacted all sources that needed to be alerted and gave me unbelievable instructions and concern. What a great team of staff there!

WORST BRANCH EVER. THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU OR YOUR ACCOUNT. They dont care about customer relationship.
