        Went to the T-Mobile store in Teterboro with an issue with my phone. Samuel was amazing! He was challenged with what I was complaining about but he did not give up and eventually figured out the problem. Kudos to him... I am extremely thankful for his patience and service. I am writing this review as most people will submit a negative review but rarely give praise. Thank you Samuel!!

        A ill informed sales rep at this location sold me a galaxy watch that was incompatible. I returned it in 2021 and I am still being billed for it 2023. Tmobile refuses to refund my money in full, they say it is escalated and give me the runaround . Go somewhere else where the staff is trained and wont get you into a billing mess
