I don't even bother with going to home depot or Lowe's or ace hardware anymore. Half the time the keys we have made don't work and we have to take them back. I have never had a problem with any keys or anything else that we have had done by Bills. They are very friendly professional and do a great job for us everytime!

The business is actually closed now. The owners retired and closed up the shop 3 months ago. Their phone number is now being forwarded to another locksmith located in Tempe, University Lock & Security, located on University Drive and Hardy.

This business is closed, owners retired. University Lock and Security on Hardy/University took over their accounts go see them for your lock and security needs.

Older lady driving a Bill's Key & Lock truck near corner of McClintock and Warner decided to turn left directly in front of me and did not yield to my right of way - I had to slam on my brakes and lay on my horn and she was completely oblivious. Multiple people witnessed her reckless driving and saw the company name printed on the truck. If this is how they handle themselves in public I don't even want to imagine how they operate in private.
