Thank you to Deshawn. He came out late eve of Jan 22 to help us after returning to the airport and a blown tire. He went above and beyond to help this mom and her son during an ice storm. He was professional, friendly and was such a life saver. Great guy that represented the business in such an honorable way. Stranded in the dark, in an ice storm and was so appreciative of his kindness and getting us to a hotel safely while our car needed fixing the next day. He checked in the next day to make sure we had fixed the car and got home safe to Canada. Thank you DeShawn ...you were awesome!!!

My husband has used their services about 4 times in the last couple years because it had been good service and we were able to leave it overnight if needed. I called today and they told me they closed at 4. I drove 25 mins up there with grinding breaks, got there at 3:20 hoping I could leave it even overnight if needed. One guy in a AAA uniform approached me tells me the mechanic left. Then the mechanic pops up and when the AAA guy asked him to talk to me he said for what?! Im done! SMH. Goodbye, we wont be giving you our business anymore.
