Service great but a Small SUV Hatchback door broken.And was rented for a oneway long distance,should have been checked before rented.

I picked up this rental under an insurance claim on. 3/29. That evening driving home, I heard metal scraping underneath the vehicle. I picked up the car at closing time so the next morning I informed the location that the car was damaged and asked the manager to call back. He never did so I called them back mid-day. I told them I didn't feel safe driving the car. They insisted that I drive the car back or pay to have it towed. I reminded them that this sharp metal could put me and other drivings in danger. They didn't care and insisted that I drive it anyway. The car was also dirty and the backup camera didn't work. Rep stated that Hertz doesn't rent damaged cars. Photo states otherwise. The 2nd picture is the interior of the replacement vehicle. I tried going with another company however nobody else had anything. I see why this location is the only one with availability.
