I’ve been with USAA since 2012 they’ve locked my account for fraudulent charges because I bought my family Christmas. For a month now I’ve been on hold every single day for three hours straight trying to get a hold of someone. They were telling me it’s going to take three days and I’ll have to call them back and figure out what’s going on how can they take someone’s money and hold it from them. I am irate with the customer service and USAA all together. I’ve never had a problem throughout the years of having them but this just pushed me over the edge and I am absolutely done with USAA!!!

Sooo. I'm a long time veteran customer since 2011. This company has really changed. Its not about helping or valuing veterans anymore. They are just a regular insurance company floating on the reputation of actual veterans. We are nothing but a marketing ploy to them now.
They've grown up and there is no distinction between veteran services and the general public. If you are a US Veteran...do not support this company. I mean it. I'm done with them. If you choose them, you will see what I mean. Look around for someone else. I would do Geico before I picked up the phobne to call USAA ever again.

A good insurance company since my husband's membership in 75, HOWEVER, they are always sending you no reply to emails that say YOUR BILL IS OVERDUE, AFTER THEY HAVE CASHED THE CHECKS WAY BEFORE THE DUE DATES. VERY BAD ACCOUNTING SERVICE. IT HURTS TO BE A GOOD CUSTOMER AND BE TREATED LIKE THIS. We live in Fl. and should receive discount for no DUI's ever, still waiting
