        I had purchased a plan through Dignity for my elderly mother 4 years before her passing. I had selected Gonzalez Funeral home as the funeral home that would handle everything. I can't say enough in regards to the exceptional service received from this funeral home. From the Director (Mr. Batt) to every employee involved in handling the process...the care, the professionalism, attention to details and compassion towards me, our family, and friends was honestly one of a kind. They were in contact with us for everything, every step of the way. If I was told I would be receiving an email, or a call , I received an email or the call within the time frame agreed. Gonzalez Funeral home knows what they are doing, and it shows. Our family and guests are still talking about how impressed they were and how this manner of honoring a loved one was unlike anything they had experienced anywhere before. The same respect and care continued until the final day when I returned for mom's ashes and keepsakes. From begging to end... Impressive!
