I bought a house, and Jeanne Jones from this office was the listing agent. I was taking care of my sick mother when we closed so I requested that the keys to the property be either dropped off at my property managers office or given to my agent. Neither happened. After much confusion about what happened to the keys, I found out they were sent through regular mail in a standard envelope with a single stamp. Of course, they didn't arrive and weeks later she suggested we try to find them ourselves and stopped answering my agents texts and refused to pay the cost of replacing the lock. A real class act.

Fantastic office located in the Avila Neighborhood. Great team of Experienced and Uplifting Agents. Located right after the US41 and Florida Avenue split in the road . Just south of the Publix on the south side of the street
